I. JOB OVERVIEW
Job Description Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Director for Student Success, the Senior Student Program Associate provides strategic and operational leadership for the development, launch, and growth of innovative pathway programs that strengthen the transition from pre-college through undergraduate education. The Senior Student Program Associate provides strategic and operational leadership for academic pathway initiatives, bridge programs, summer academic experiences, and other innovative learning opportunities that strengthen the transition from pre-college through undergraduate education. Working collaboratively with faculty, academic departments, Enrollment Management, Student Success, Marketing and Communications, and other university partners, the position coordinates marketing, program operations, faculty engagement, and cross-functional implementation to support enrollment and student success.
Perform other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining on-campus and remote work based on operational needs. During the summer, the incumbent must be available for evenings, weekends, rotating on-call duties, and schedule adjustments as needed to support program operations, student activities, and urgent operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
