Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding to information requests from potential students and following up with them.
• Developing degree plans and certification plans with students, ensuring timelines and requirements for masters degree and principal certification.
• Maintaining data base and files for students as they progress through the programs.
• Facilitating student admissions processes, including communication with the Graduate School and assisting students as they submit program materials.
• Implementing the principal Internship, including coordination with school districts and university internship supervisors.
• Communicating with students regularly about degree and program requirements and helping navigate university processes.
• Updating the Educational Leadership Handbook and assisting with the Graduate Academic Certificate (GAC) in Principal Preparation.
• Assisting with recruitment efforts and maintenance for the COE website.
