Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional front-facing customer service to students, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of student account processing, cashiering, billing, and reconciling accounts.
• Ability to explain balances, payment plans, and deadlines clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with student information systems and financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-facing customer service to students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Counsel students and families on tuition, fees, payments, and payment plan options.
• Process payments (cash, checks, cards, electronic payments, wires) and post to student accounts.
• Administer and monitor semester-based payment plans and refunds.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with daily cashiering and bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate billing records and assist with year-end reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrar, Admissions, and other departments to resolve issues.
