Job summary

Felsburg Holt & Ullevig (FHU) seeks a Senior Structures Group Manager for our Greenwood Village, CO office. You will lead a team of engineers and designers on transportation projects, focusing on bridge and structural design for roadway and rail clients, with mentorship from the current Group Manager.

You will oversee project delivery, staff development, and scheduling, while helping expand the structures practice through client collaboration and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge and structural design for transportation projects
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring engineering staff
• Advanced experience with structural analysis and design software
• Experience with AASHTO standards and Colorado DOT standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff within the Structures Group
• Act as senior project engineer and project manager on assigned projects
• Oversee budgets, scopes, fee estimates, and staffing
• Support marketing and business development for structures work
• Coordinate with regional and company leadership on deliverables and strategy
