Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in transportation, with 5+ years in project management.
- Strong network in Colorado with a track record of winning and delivering transportation work.
- Experience leading proposals and winning work across public-sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary projects in the transportation civil design group across Utah and Colorado.
- Build client relationships and pursue high-impact opportunities.
- Drive growth and coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and serve as an industry resource in selected technical areas.
