Job summary

SimuTech Group in the United States seeks a senior structural engineer to deliver technical support for ANSYS Mechanical and ANSYS Mechanical APDL, troubleshoot complex simulations, and establish best practices.

You will conduct on-site and remote training across the US and Canada, develop technical content, lead consulting engagements, and help customers expand their simulation capabilities while working with account teams to align software and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Expertise with ANSYS Mechanical (Workbench) and ANSYS Mechanical APDL; LS-DYNA is a plus.
• Experience working directly with customers in consulting, support, training, or technical sales environments.
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex technical projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for ANSYS Mechanical products.
• Conduct ANSYS training at customer sites and online.
• Develop technical content and materials for customers and internal teams.
• Perform advanced structural simulations and post-processing.
• Lead complex consulting engagements and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify software needs.
• Deliver software demos and proofs-of-concept.
