Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering simulation, process optimization, or technical consulting with customers.
• Deep knowledge of nonlinear solids and structural mechanics, structural dynamics, finite element analysis, and related numerical methods.
• Hands on experience with FEA products (e.g. Ansys Mechanical, Ansys LS-Dyna, Abaqus, NASTRAN).
• Direct experience with Python based workflow automation using product APIs and libraries.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present concepts to engineering teams and executives; travel up to 30%.
• Experience mentoring or leading workshops is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer-facing consulting engagements from scoping through delivery, owning the technical strategy and execution for simulation workflow.
• Develop Statements of Work and services proposals reflecting real customer needs with clear strategy and technical scope.
• Run workshops and technical sessions with customer teams to diagnose workflow gaps and define a future-state using Synopsys tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multi-physics simulation environments, resolving blockers affecting timelines.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to translate customer feedback into product insights and service offerings.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, bridging engineering teams and business decision-makers.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to scalable methodologies, frameworks, and enablement materials.
