Job summary

Cardo AI is seeking a Structured Credit Associate to execute transactions across asset classes. You will report to the Head of Client Integration and collaborate with banks, trustees, and investors to deliver data-driven solutions that transform the alternative investment space.

You will analyze securitization and asset-based lending structures, map data sources to proprietary models, and act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in structured finance, securitizations, leveraged finance, or asset-based lending.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets; familiarity with SQL and other tools is preferred.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to drive projects forward autonomously.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for client interaction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze securitization and asset-based lending structures and extract key insights from reports and legal documents.
• Work with large datasets and map data sources to Cardo AI's financial models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to financial institutions and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless implementation.
