Job summary

S&P Global Ratings in New York is seeking an analyst to lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits, synthesizing performance signals and peer context to support rating committees.

You will coach junior analysts, build reusable analytical assets, and partner with Data and Engineering colleagues to scale AI-enabled workflows while upholding governance and human judgment.

Qualifications

• Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence through credibility and constructive engagement.
• Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis skills, linking drivers to forward-looking risk views.

Responsibilities
