Apache Workforce LLC is seeking experienced Structural Welders in Houston, TX to support heavy industrial fabrication projects for manufacturing partners. You will weld and assemble structural steel components used in large-scale industrial equipment and assemblies.

Minimum 5 years' structural welding or heavy fabrication experience is required. Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols, pass a welding test, and maintain strict safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of structural welding or heavy fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes as required by assignment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Strong understanding of structural steel and fabrication methods.
• Experience with weld inspection and quality standards.
• Ability to pass a welding test prior to placement.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Welding and assembling structural steel components for industrial systems.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Performing welding using assigned processes to meet quality standards.
• Selecting appropriate wire, filler materials, and welding techniques.
• Setting up and adjusting welding equipment (amps, volts, and machine settings).
• Conducting visual inspections and verifying weld quality.
• Performing grinding, finishing, and material preparation using hand and power tools.
• Completing basic documentation and inspection records as required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized fabrication area.
• Supporting production flow and assisting with additional fabrication tasks.
