Qualifications

• 7+ years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong understanding of detailing, fabrication, erection sequencing, and construction coordination.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural steel projects from detailing and procurement through fabrication, erection, and closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders, and project profitability.
• Work directly with GCs, engineers, detailers, shop personnel, and field crews.
• Anticipate challenges, drive solutions, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Help strengthen project delivery processes and contribute to preconstruction efforts.
