Job summary

Rebellion Fabrication in Elkhorn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the most complex structural and architectural steel projects, owning schedule, budget, client relationships, and closeout. This role requires proven experience managing margin and leading other PMs on challenging jobs.

You will bridge pre-con and operations, challenge bid assumptions, and maintain accountability without damaging vendor or client relationships. The position is hybrid with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with owned margin performance, able to walk through job-by-job results.
• Experience developing other PMs, formally or not.
• Fluency across GC superintendents, structural engineers, and design teams.
• Led OAC meetings that were prepared, on point, and action-oriented.
• Knows when a decision is needed now vs. when more information is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns schedule, budget, sub-fab, client, closeout, and margin on the most complex work.
• Bridges pre-con and operations by validating bid assumptions before shop costs arise.
• Pushes back on subs, vendors, or GC positions without burning relationships.
• Manages parallel tracks of detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection.
