Whitmore Steel is an AISC-certified structural steel fabricator and erector based in San Diego, California. We deliver complex commercial, healthcare, industrial, and public works projects, working with leading general contractors and self-performing erection with our own crews.
We're looking for an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager who understands the business from detailing and fabrication through field erection, takes ownership of results, and knows how to keep projects moving.
This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership, take on meaningful responsibility, and help shape the next stage of WSI's growth.
Experience with Tekla PowerFab, design-assist, or technically demanding projects is a plus.
We also welcome accomplished Project Managers who are ready to step into a senior role.
At WSI, you'll have the autonomy to manage projects, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to influence how the company operates and grows.
For the right individual, this position offers a potential career path toward Director of Operations.
We're open to qualified candidates nationwide. Remote, hybrid, and on-site arrangements are available based on experience and the needs of the role.
Travel to our San Diego facility and project sites will be required as needed for coordination, key project milestones, and team engagement.
$125,000–$155,000 annually, based on experience, plus company benefits.
We'd welcome a conversation about the structural steel projects you've managed and what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
