Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform site inspections, verify construction compliance, and uphold high quality on commercial and institutional projects. You will read complex drawings, test field conditions, and document NCRs and punch lists using dedicated software.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of field experience or 4–6+ years for senior roles, with strong blueprint reading and knowledge of codes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Construction Technology/Management, Engineering, Building Inspection, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years field experience for entry to mid-level candidates; 4–6+ years for senior level.
• ICC/ CQI/ CQMC/ OSHA 30 certifications are preferred; knowledge of building codes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites, systems, and trades to verify design adherence.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, mechanical schematics, and submittals.
• Document NCRs, punch lists, and field reports using CM software.
• Ensure compliance with local code, ADA, fire, and EHS requirements.
