Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering with structural emphasis is required.
• Registration as a professional engineer (PE/SE) is required.
• 5–8 years of related engineering experience.
• Strong budgeting and cost containment skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering work on projects of varying sizes.
• Oversee design engineers with project manager oversight.
• Seal reports and drawings after quality control review.
• Prepare redline markups and ensure drawings reflect intent.
• Develop project proposals and provide hours estimates for proposals.
• Interact with clients and attend design and construction meetings.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
