Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Structural Project Engineer in Washington, D.C. to lead building design projects from planning through construction.

The role involves coordinating project teams, reviewing engineering documents, and collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to meet codes, schedules, and design requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to project planning, technical problem-solving, quality control, and client relationship development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional engineer license required; advanced credentials are a plus.
• Seven or more years of experience in structural engineering, building design, analysis, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead building design projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee technical work and coordinate project teams.
• Review engineering documents and liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning, problem-solving, and quality control.
