Lead in the preparation of complete project documents from design development reports through construction documents.
Independently evaluate, select, and apply advanced structural design techniques, procedures, and criteria to projects.
Effectively manage multi-discipline teams, assign tasks and direct other engineers, technicians and administrative staff.
Collect and analyze existing data by performing field investigations and reviewing as-built plans and reports.
Identify project opportunities and assist with proposals for engineering services.
Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
Evaluate and manage planning, design and construction support services for projects.
