Job summary

Career Crunch is seeking a Structural Senior Project Manager in Austin, TX, to lead projects from inception through construction, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You will act as Engineer of Record on large projects, supervise design teams, and maintain code compliance throughout the process.

The role also advances business development by preparing fee proposals and strengthening client relationships, with potential for growth into department leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structures.
• 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience.
• PE license required (SE license a plus).
• Strong knowledge of structural software (Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA) and building codes (AISC, ACI, IBC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record for large and complex projects, ensuring accuracy, code compliance and quality.
• Oversee the design and production of construction documents with QA/QC reviews.
• Plan timelines, budgets, and resources with other PMs to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering technical and professional growth.
