Job summary

Career Crunch is seeking a Structural Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of structural engineering and project management experience. The role involves leading projects from inception to construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence, while driving business development and client relationships.

The position emphasizes taking responsibility as Engineer of Record on complex projects, coordinating design teams, and mentoring engineers to advance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering design and project management experience.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required; SE license is a plus.
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams across design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects, including large/complex ones.
• Oversee design and production of construction documents with QA/QC.
• Plan timelines, budgets, and resources with other Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of codes, standards, and structural practices.
• Develop structural fee proposals and participate in business development.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
