Heartline Staffing in Austin, TX seeks a Structural Senior Project Manager (P.E.) to lead major projects from concept through construction in a hybrid work environment. You’ll serve as Engineer of Record on large, complex structures and mentor a team of engineers while helping win new business.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of structural design experience, and a degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a focus on structures.

Qualifications

• PE license is REQUIRED.
• 8+ years of structural engineering design experience REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with structures emphasis REQUIRED.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects, including larger, more complex ones.
• Oversee design and production of structural construction documents with accuracy and code compliance.
• Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources with other project managers.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work and documentation under supervision.
• Lead and direct engineers in the design and production process, providing mentorship.
• Cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
