Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering is seeking a Senior Structural Modeler to lead the development and coordination of 3D models and 2D construction documents across various construction types using multiple software platforms. You will translate schematic sketches and consultant models into accurate, coordinated deliverables, while maintaining company standards and project schedules.

As a senior team member, you will own significant components, drive coordination efforts, and mentor junior modelers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 10–14+ years of related experience; internships, coursework, or project based experience.
• Proficiency with industry standard modeling and drafting software including Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams.
