Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Modeler to lead 3D modeling and 2D construction documents across diverse projects. You will translate sketches, consultant models, and engineering direction into accurate, coordinated deliverables while ensuring consistency with company standards and schedules.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage priorities, and own significant project components.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in architectural/structural/construction design and drafting technology.
• 10–14+ years of related experience; internships, coursework, or project-based.
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction documents with drawings, details, and structural notes.
• Coordinate design documents with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead development and coordination of 3D models and 2D construction documents.
• Maintain project standards, schedules, and quality across the life of the project.
• Communicate progress and milestones to the supervisor and engineers.
