Brief Description
About ERA Structural Engineering

At ERA Structural Engineering, We Believe Great Engineering Creates Value Beyond The Structure Itself. Every Decision Starts With a Simple Question

What solution creates the greatest value for the client and the entire project team?

We call that

Think Beyond The Beam

Thinking Beyond the Beam means looking beyond the immediate task to understand what matters most. By understanding project goals and delivering practical, buildable solutions, we create value that helps projects succeed, builds trust, and strengthens lasting relationships.

Our Arizona office brings that mindset to a unique opportunity. As a growing office backed by the expertise, resources, and collaborative culture of an established firm, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. Here, ownership means taking initiative, contributing ideas, and helping shape the future of the office while creating lasting value for our clients, project partners, and teammates.

If you're energized by meaningful work, ownership, professional growth, and the opportunity to help build something exceptional, you'll find an outstanding opportunity at ERA.

ERA seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Modeler II to join our team. You will manage assigned tasks and project components of moderate complexity with accountability for accuracy, coordination and timely completion. While you will work with increased independence, your work will continue to be reviewed and supported by an appointed supervisor and project engineer to ensure alignment with project standards and scope.

This role offers the opportunity to apply and expand technical modeling and drafting expertise while collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality structural engineering projects. You will apply established standards and workflows, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of project deliverables.

You will report to an appointed supervisor who will provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback. To thrive in this position, strong attention to detail, clear communication, time management and ability to interpret technical information are essential.
