Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in design-build or large-scale delivery.
• PMP certification is highly desired; additional certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading complex, cross-disciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk in multi‑time‑zone settings.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex, large-scale design-build projects for technology and industrial sectors.
• Mentor junior project managers and align PM goals with firm strategy.
• Develop scopes, manage changes, and drive risk mitigation and cost control.
• Prepare status reports, lead client meetings, and maintain executive-level communications.
• Foster cross-cultural collaboration and coordinate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.
