Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to support a multi-disciplinary design team focused on power generation projects. The role involves leading structural design, calculations, and documentation, with responsibility for deliverables and technical leadership across projects.

You will oversee a team of engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to standard development and process improvements while working with clients and stakeholders across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and calculations for power generation facilities.
• Serve as Structural Lead/Engineering of Record on projects of varying size.
• Mentor and supervise a team of structural engineers to build technical capability.
