Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, seeking a Senior Structural/Foundations Engineer to translate equipment needs into foundational designs. You will develop foundations—slabs, pedestals, anchorage—and coordinate with OEMs and external partners to ensure loads, vibration, and tolerances meet design intent.

You’ll lead structural schematic design through construction, partnering with engineering and cross-disciplinary teams to meet schedule and budget constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure (PE preferred); SE license a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in structural or building-systems design.
• Experience designing concrete foundations and equipment foundations for heavy/precision equipment.
• Knowledge of structural codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360).
• Proficiency with Procore or equivalent construction management platform.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of equipment foundations from concept to construction drawings for permitting and on-site execution.
• Design concrete slabs, pads, pedestals, and anchorage for heavy/precision equipment.
• Coordinate with OEMs to capture loads, vibration, and tolerance requirements.
• Manage schedule, blockers, and critical path in structural design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent compatibility.
