Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. You will translate the structural needs of production equipment into built facilities, designing foundations and anchorage for heavy machinery and coordinating with OEMs, architects, and contractors to establish early structural requirements.

You will lead schematic design through construction, balancing schedule and budget while partnering with engineering to deliver a built reality on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• PE license preferred or in progress; SE license a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in structural or building-systems design.
• Experience designing foundations for new manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with concrete foundations, slabs, pedestals, and anchorage for heavy/precision equipment.
• Knowledge of structural codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360).
• Proficiency with Procore or equivalent CM platform.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of the equipment foundations scope from concept to construction drawings for permitting and on-site execution.
• Design concrete slabs, pads, pedestals, and anchorage; coordinate with OEMs.
• Manage critical path items across design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, construction, facilities, geotechnical and other teams to align with design intent.
