Arcadis in the United States is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design of water, wastewater, and resiliency infrastructure projects across treatment facilities, pump stations, and flood protection systems.

You will manage scope, budgets, and delivery, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients, and contribute to proposals, with a focus on constructability and rehabilitation of existing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10 years of structural engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural scope for projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Assist with design and detailed document production; ensure project quality.
