Consor is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer focused on water infrastructure to lead design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities. You will mentor junior staff, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborate with clients and regulators to deliver safe, resilient systems.

You will manage design deliverables, participate in site visits, and support proposals while ensuring adherence to codes and industry standards. A CA SE license is required or obtainable.

Competenze

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience on public infrastructure projects.
• Active California Structural Engineer (SE) license or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-relations skills.
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary design teams and subconsultants.

Mansioni

• Lead structural design and analysis for water/wastewater facilities and hydraulic structures.
• Serve as technical lead ensuring codes and client requirements are met.
• Develop calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Perform condition assessments and recommend practical solutions.
