Redtree Engineering seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural analysis, design, and development for power and industrial facilities. You will own complex scopes, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in structural engineering, a PE license, and strong experience with STAAD Pro, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, or RAM.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis required.
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial or energy sectors.
- PE license required or clearly demonstrated eligibility.
- Experience leading design, analysis, and mentorship on complex projects.
Responsabilidades
- Lead structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and supports for industrial and energy facilities.
- Serve as technical lead on calculations, design packages, reports, specs, and construction documents.
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers and review their work.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across project execution and client communications.
- Lead quality reviews and design reviews for technical accuracy and constructability.
- Support proposals and define technical scope for new projects.
