Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical design engineering experience with mentoring track record.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards relevant to mechanical design deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and design disciplines.
• Experience maintaining CAD standards, training materials, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and mentoring of the Junior Design team.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Collaborate with other design departments to support project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain CAD standards databases and training materials.
• Support design reviews and quality control throughout projects.
