Redtree Engineering is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support structural analysis, design, and development activities for industrial facilities, power generation projects, energy infrastructure, data centers, and heavy industrial applications.

We are primarily seeking mid-level engineers with 5-10 years of experience, though highly qualified candidates above this level are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• 5-10 years of structural engineering experience in industrial/energy environments.
• Experience performing structural analysis and design, not just admin.
• Experience designing steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and equipment supports.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software: STAAD Pro, RISA, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, RAM.
• Knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI 318 and related standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be able to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and support structures.
• Develop calculations, design packages, reports, specs, and construction documents.
• Design structural systems supporting industrial equipment and power facilities.
• Review and apply codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and review structural plans, drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, and PM teams.
• Conduct field investigations and site visits as required.
• Support foundation design and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Assist with scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and estimates.
• Participate in QA/QC and technical evaluations.
• Support proposal development and scope definition.
• Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning.
