Job summary
Ladders is actively seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role leads structural design for complex industrial projects, partners with architectural, civil, MEP, and vendor teams, and supports QA/QC through delivery.
Location is remote for US-based candidates, with a competitive compensation range. Responsibilities include leading design efforts, performing analyses, reviewing calculations, and aiding construction support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience.
- Experience with data centers, industrial facilities, or complex manufacturing projects.
- Proficient in structural analysis programs and BIM coordination workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts for complex projects
- Perform structural analysis and design for various systems
- Collaborate with architectural, civil, MEP, and vendor teams
- Review and prepare structural calculations and construction documents
- Support QA/QC reviews and assist during construction
