Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering and design for rehabilitation, restoration, adaptive reuse, and facility assessment projects.
• Perform evaluations, condition assessments, and field investigations of existing structures.
• Identify deficiencies, deterioration, damage, and safety concerns.
• Develop repair, reinforcement, retrofit, and rehabilitation solutions.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners throughout projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables; provide technical leadership.
