Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer and Office Leader to shape the structural backbone of advanced semiconductor facilities. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, cultivate client partnerships, and advance office growth across a high-tech portfolio.

You will mentor engineers, ensure design excellence, and align local goals with firm strategy in a collaborative, design-build environment with heavy emphasis on innovation and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program.
• PE license in good standing in the U.S.; SE license desirable.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, especially in semiconductor/high-tech facilities.
• Proven leadership managing internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for complex, large-scale high-tech and semiconductor projects within an integrated design-build framework.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and oversight to internal teams, ensuring high-quality documents and schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers and advance professional licensure and certifications.
• Represent the office and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
