SSOE is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer and Office Leader in the United States, leading complex high-tech and semiconductor projects from concept to construction. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relations, and guiding design-build delivery within a collaborative office setting.

The candidate should have 10+ years in structural engineering for semiconductor facilities, PE license, and proven mentoring and leadership capabilities to grow the office and its client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license in good standing in the U.S. or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in semiconductor/high-tech facilities.
• Experience leading internal teams and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and planning for complex high-tech and semiconductor projects.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams and ensure high-quality construction documents.
• Design of structural systems with emphasis on safety, durability, and efficiency.
• Perform advanced structural analysis using standard software (static, dynamic, seismic).
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with codes and industry practices.
• Drive office leadership, culture, and project delivery in a hybrid environment.
