SSOE is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer and Office Leader to shape the structural backbone of advanced semiconductor facilities and mentor engineering teams. You will lead multidisciplinary coordination, advance construction documents, and stay current with codes and technologies in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Active PE license in good standing in the U.S.; SE license is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in semiconductor or high-tech facilities.
• Proven leadership of internal structural engineering teams within a design-build framework.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and delivery for complex, high-tech projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to project teams with construction documentation.
• Design comprehensive structural systems with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Perform advanced structural analyses including seismic, modal, and time-history.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive knowledge sharing across the office.
• Maintain codes, standards, and calculated protocols for efficiency.
