You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and oversee project delivery in a fast-paced design-build environment. A PE license and 10+ years in structural engineering are required, with experience in high-tech or vibration-sensitive facilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, with semiconductor/high-tech facilities focus.
• Experience in design-build project delivery and office leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive the structural design for complex, large-scale semiconductor projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to internal teams throughout design and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain structural engineering standards and templates.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers; promote knowledge sharing.
