Ideal candidates will have a BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis, 7+ years of experience, and proficiency in major structural analysis tools, codes, and standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Seven or more years of experience in design and analysis of structures.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL, or ANSYS.
• Familiar with ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI. Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design calculations, develop specifications, and support designers with drawings.
• Guide others in the development of engineering deliverables.
• Perform structural analysis and design of steel frames, connections, concrete members, and foundations.
• Travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and site coordination.
