Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking experienced Structural Engineers to lead complex projects and mentor staff in its growing structures practice. Onsite roles with relocation assistance and multiple locations (Los Angeles, NY, Boston) are available.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of structural engineering experience, active PE/SE licensure, and a strong track record delivering projects with clients and design teams. Leadership and business development experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Active PE and/or SE license.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and drafting staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Support project delivery, resource planning, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, associations, and technical forums.
• Lead design and analysis of structural systems for diverse building types.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with clients, architects, contractors, stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and project pursuits.
• Review calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to maintain quality.
• Support construction phase with site observations and field reviews.
