Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of structural design experience across diverse building types.
• Education: Master’s degree with a specialization in structural engineering.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on design in post-tensioned concrete, reinforced concrete, wood, masonry, and steel.
• Seismic Design: Strong understanding of seismic design principles and structural dynamics.
• Codes & Standards: CBC and AISC/ACI/NDS knowledge.
• Plans & Drawings: Ability to read and review complex construction drawings.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
