Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in structural engineering principles.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes including seismic provisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analysis and design with minimal supervision.
• Plan and execute work requiring independent judgment in evaluating and applying engineering techniques.
• Manage workload and ownership of deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Skills

Proficiency with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)

Strong experience designing and analyzing steel and concrete structures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience leading small teams

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)

Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Structural Engineer (SE) license
