Job summary

This role includes client relationship work, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with project teams. A PE license is required; SE is a plus. Ten or more years of experience with steel and concrete design is expected; Revit experience preferred; occasional travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural engineering.
• PE license required; SE license a plus.
• Ten or more years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with steel and concrete design; masonry and wood a plus.
• Proficient in structural software RAM or RISA; Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural planning, design, engineering, and construction document production.
• Mentor and coach junior staff on technical skills and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects from inception through submittals and construction.
• Engage with clients to maintain relationships and present project objectives.
