This role leads the development of projects, oversees planning, technical production, and construction administration, and mentors Project Architects and junior staff.

The Senior Project Architect coordinates consultants, writes specifications where needed, and drives QA/QC processes while engaging with owners and CM representatives on critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience leading architecture projects and construction administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience coordinating consultants and BIM/visualization development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of projects including planning, technical production, project leadership, construction administration.
• Mentor and direct Project Architects and junior staff.
