This position offers the opportunity to step into an established project pipeline, manage long-term client relationships, and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for new construction and renovation projects involving steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Serve as Engineer of Record, reviewing and stamping structural drawings and calculations while ensuring high-quality, constructible documentation.
• Act as a primary technical contact for architecture firms, building owners, and developers, managing project communication, expectations, and coordination.
• Perform forensic engineering assignments, existing-building evaluations, and condition assessments as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight, quality control, and support for project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with a strong background in buildings and special structures.
