Job summary

PRIME AE Group invites a Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team supporting projects across transportation, education, and commercial sectors. You will lead analysis, design, and delivery of structural systems, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with architects and contractors.

You will bring a PE license, a strong track record in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber, and the ability to manage multiple complex assignments in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of structural engineering and design experience.
• Experience with steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber structures.
• Experience leading design projects and coordinating with multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design for diverse project portfolio.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients through all stages.
• Provide technical leadership and quality assurance on design deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project planning and scheduling.
• Review calculations, reports, and construction documents.
