PRIME AE Group is actively seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of structural systems for diverse projects. You will work with architects, engineers, and contractors across multiple market sectors, guiding teams through planning, design, and construction administration.
The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and delivering safe, practical solutions while complying with codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- PE license required; SE license preferred.
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Experience with steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber.
- Proficiency in Revit, RISA, Enercalc, RAM or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design for new construction, renovations, additions, and facility assessments.
- Coordinate structural designs with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines; ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare and oversee calculations, reports, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide construction administration and respond to RFIs; monitor field issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
