OneFourTwo Design Group in Atlanta is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to lead building design from day one, working with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver construction documents.

The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering, 5+ years of building design experience, proficiency in Revit, and PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months. You will review codes and oversee production from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering building design experience, preferably large-scale commercial/data center.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and communicate with clients, drafting staff, and others outside the project team.
• Prepare preliminary designs for clients.
• Review building codes for proper design implementation.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with construction PMs, architect, and engineers.
• Produce structural calculations for construction documents and construction.
• Produce construction-ready drawings coordinated with all disciplines.
