Job summary
Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Structural Engineer IV to lead complex industrial projects from concept through construction support. You will apply advanced engineering principles, perform analyses, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and provide technical leadership to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering completed at an accredited university.
- 6–10 years of industrial civil/structural engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; may be required based on project needs.
- Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AISC, and ACI codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, studies, and cost estimates for industrial projects.
- Prepare preliminary and detailed structural designs, calculations, and drawings.
- Perform structural analyses and propose cost-efficient solutions.
- Review calculations, drawings, and packages for code compliance and quality.
- Coordinate with drafting and multi-discipline teams to support execution.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers; assist with project planning and staffing.
