Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer to support complex industrial EPC projects across the U.S. This role is based in Greenville, SC.

This position focuses on technical execution, interdisciplinary coordination, and team leadership on civil and structural scopes for industrial facilities. You will mentor junior engineers and drive quality delivery from concept through construction, coordinating with project management, procurement, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework.
• 6+ years of relevant industrial civil/structural engineering experience.
• P.E. license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil and structural design for complex industrial projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project leadership.
• Lead or support project teams on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review calculations, drawings, and vendor documents.
• Provide construction and field support as needed.
